At the Crossroads of Faith + Work

Lead with Enthusiasm

June 11 | 6:15-7:30 pm

The Lakes at Castle Hills Clubhouse

"If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader." —Dolly Parton

There is no greater mark of leadership than a legacy that inspires others. But while legacy is something you can work to cultivate, it’s not something you can see until you’ve reached the end of your life. In the meantime, one of the most powerful ways to inspire others is by leading others with a spirit of enthusiasm. We all need someone who will cheer us on, believe in our dreams, and support our efforts. And when it comes to leadership, you have an opportunity to provide that for the people around you. Whether you lead a team, serve a customer base, or simply work alongside others, a spirit of enthusiasm can inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more.

This month at Polished we are focusing on leading with enthusiasm. As we head into the summer months, it’s a unique time to allow the longer days to inspire a more sunny disposition. But what we really want to explore this month is how your own enthusiasm can inspire those you lead. Join us for a vibrant conversation this month and consider how you can lead with enthusiasm! Let’s get creative with our own enthusiastic efforts to lead others well!
